CoreInventoryRestore

When a player loses their gear, get it back in seconds. CoreInventoryRestore keeps timestamped backups and lets staff preview and restore them from a menu.

Requirements
• Server: Paper or Leaf 1.21.11+ (or a Paper fork)
• Java: 21+
• Bundles its own SQLite driver (larger jar, ~12 MB).
