CoreCrates

A clean, configurable crate system. Bind crates to blocks, give out keys and let players preview, open and buy more.

Features
• Virtual and physical keys
• Bind any block as a crate, with a hologram above it
• Weighted rewards: items, money, or both, with glow and broadcast options
• Left-click to preview, right-click to open, plus an opening animation
• Key shop with per-crate key prices
• Automatic broadcast for rare wins (below 3% chance by default)
• Optional opening from anywhere via /crates
• PlaceholderAPI expansion; storage: YAML by default, with H2, SQLite and MySQL options

Requirements
• Server: Paper or Leaf 1.21.11+ (or a Paper fork)
• Java: 21+
• Optional: Vault, PlaceholderAPI
• Optional: Vault + an economy plugin (e.g. EssentialsX) for money features
• Optional: PlaceholderAPI for placeholders
• Paper downloads the H2 database library (com.h2database:h2:2.2.224) on first start, so the server needs internet access once.
• Storage defaults to YAML; H2, SQLite and MySQL are also supported (set storage.type in config.yml).

Commands
• /crates [list|keys|preview|open|shop|help] (aliases: /crates, /crate) – Crates – permission core.crates.use

Permissions
• core.crates.use (default: everyone) – Open, preview and buy keys for crates
• core.crates.admin (default: op) – Give keys, bind crate blocks and reload
